The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT::~BII:E~it~ the exception of the property on the c~rner of Pacific Street s~d Legion Avenue, all the other parcels f~onting on the north side of Legion Avenue are 60 feet in width. Originally, they all had depths of l~0 feet. The only exceptions at the present time are William Newalis, adverting the .premises inquestion, whose property extends to a depth of ~00 feet amd Irving Wells,/whose property no~ ext~nds.inback of two er three ether properties.
