APPROVED L ✓' ZONING BOARD OF APPS FORM Z134 _-cc 9 Ewa, t,o (3- AI* lA.-kms etfa,Chalrman Board of Appeals rbara C. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that _ the appellant request permission toretain an area identification and name plate signs on the property of William Johnston. The appellant does not have a letter of consent from Mr. Johnston, however he stated this will be forthcoming. Mr. Johnston is one of the residence identified on the - area identification sign in question. The Board points out that this type of sign is necessary for the drivers of delivery trucks and drivers of emergency vehicles, alsi it is helpful to friends and relatives that are visiting the residents of the Fisherman's Beach area. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitte d use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. Therefore it was RESOLVED that Fishernian's Reach; Nassau Point, Cutchogue, New York, be granted permission to retain an area identification sign 'on theproperty of Willi=am `Johnston, subject to the following conditions: 1, This sign shall be granted for one (1) year only, renewable `annually upon written applicatidn to the Board of Appeals. 2. This sign shall be subject to all subsequent changes in the SoutholdTown Zoning ordinance as it applies to signs. 3. This sign shall be located at least five (5) feet from a W property line. 4.
