i. That there shah be no unreasonable intm~erence with navigation as a result of
the w.ork herein authorized.
2. That there shall be no interference w~'th the right of the public ~o pass and
pass alon~ that portion of the beach between 1.ow and high water ma~k.
3. That the work shall be subject to the supervision .~d 'approval of the said
Board of Trustees or i~s agents.
4. That if future .operations of the Tow.n of Southold require the removal and./,o~
alteration in the l. ocafion of the work herein authorized, or if, in the .opinion
of the Board .of Trustees of the Town of Southold, such work .shall cause un-
reasonable obstruction to free navigation, the said . .~..~l~.~ ......
will be required up.o,n due notice from the said Board of T~stees, to remove
or alter the locafian of the w, ork hereby authorized without expense to the
Town of Sonthold, so as ~o render navigation reasonably free and unobstruct-
ed.
The authority conferred by this permit may be terminated by the Board of Trustees

A. This application to be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Town Trus'tees in dup-
licate.
B. Plot plan showing location of lot and buildings on premises, rela'tion to adjoining premises, public streets, parks.

C. The work covered by this application may nor be commenced before the issuance of a permit
D. Upon approval of this application, Town Trustees will issue a permit to applicant. Such permit shall be kept o~'
