SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Bluff restoration through a re-vegetation plan is a necessary special condition of this permit. A relocation agreement is attached hereto and is a necessary special condition of this permit. Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959-0447 Re: Robert & Ellen White SCTM $ 10-3-9 Dear Mr. Just : The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on May 22, 1.996 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of ROBERT AND ELLEN WHITE applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the WetlandOrdinance of the Town'of Southold, application dated April I2, 1996, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 22, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimon~ and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to ROBERT AND ELLEN WHITE to install 43+/-'of revetment, which shall consist of 1 -1 1/2 yard rock which shall be placed on filter fabric, and backfilled with 75+/- c.y. of soil and then planted with native vegetation. Located Peninsula Road, Fishers 'Island, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~ that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
