Riley Ave. Mattituck, NY 11952 Re: SCTM ~122-3-38 Dear Ms. Whatmough, The.following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on October 27, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Jeanne Wh~tmough applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 1, 1994. WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on October 27~ 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally Viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, .NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Jeanne Whatmough to add a 15' X 22' covered porch and reconstruCt a 6' X 13' entryway to existing dwelling. The Trustees require the applicant to place hay bales between the construction site and the wetlands area. The Trustees also require drywells to contain runoff. Located 180 N. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. The following recommendations were passed: RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND APPLICATIONS No. 1193 Moved by Patricia Isaksen, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of JEANNE WHATMOUGH 122-3-38 to reconstruct a new entryway and porch; enlarging both and providing a roof over both structures. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION FOR REQUESTS OF NON-JURISDICTION NJ -9 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Jack Hagerty, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the request of Non-Jurisdiction of NICHOLAS DiCHIARO 59-1-21.5 to construct a house.
