The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its re~alar meeting held on October 22, 1992 r~garding the ~bove
matter:
WHEREAS, Land Use on behalf of Jon Wendell applied to the Southold
Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland
Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 31, 1992
and~
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings ~nd recor~nendations,
and~
WHEREAS, a public hearin~ was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on. October 22, 1992 at which time all interested
persons were ~iven an opportunity to be heard, and,
%47~{EREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
W~EgREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
W/IF~REA. S~ th~ Board has dete~nined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE iT
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of Land.
Use on behalf of Jon Wendell to construct 3~ X 150' timber stai~ay
with .(3) 4' X 5~ landings from top of bluff to toe of bluff. Located

This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed~ Fees
must be paid, ~!icab_le_m and permit issued within six months
of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and
the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for work to
be done below Mean High Water Mark:
