The Board finds that if the sign was setback any further it would obstruct raffic using the facilities of the service station. The Board is in agreement with the reasoning of the application. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and jsutice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinanc~kl be oob~erv~d.
