ZB4 NING BOA~%D OF APPEALS After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to retain a pole sign with insufficient setback from the property line. The Board finds that if the sign was setback any further it would be in the driveway of the station and hazardous to traffic using the facilities of the service station. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the. legall~ established or permitted use of neighborhood property.a~d~adjoining use districts~will not be permanently or substantially -injured and'the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
