By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict a~plioation of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hard~hip created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties a~ke in the immediate vicinity of th~ pr~rty and in the ~me use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) (~'ould not) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further dete~Tnined that the requested varian~.e ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed, FOR~ ZB4 ~~O~R,D OF APPEAL~ Barbara C. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permSssion to retain an on premises identification sign with insufficient setback from the property line. The Board finds that the sign identifies the applicant as a commercial flower business. The Board finds the location of the sign is the only feasible location on the property and still have visibility. It is the opinion of the Board this sign is not a traffic hazard. The Board finds that the public convenience andwelfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted~ use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be>observed. , .... :- - Therefore,-it was-RESOLVED that Walter Teresko, New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, New York, be granted permission to retain an on Premises identification sigh with insufficient setback from the property tine, as'applied for on property located on the-New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, ~New Y6rk. 'This permission is subject to the follow~ conditions: 1. The sign shall'be 16c~ted at least one foot (1~ from both property lines. 2. The sign shall be granted for a period of one year, renewable annually upon written application to the Board of Appeals. 3.
