I have an existing floating dock structure which extends approxi- mately fifty feet out from Eugene ' s Creek at mean high water . This dock has been in existence since the previous owner , William Sterling , owned the property of which I purchased in October , 1980. Due to the storm devastation of Hurricane Gloria in the fall of 1985 , my floating dock structure was destroyed and now must be reconstruct- ed . I am notifying your agency that I am attempting to reconstruct this structure , but instead of using a flotation system, would prefer to reconstruct with a fixed cat walk.
