INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application MUST be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector with 4
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale.Fee according to schedule.

c. The work covered by this application may.not be commenced-before issuance.of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application,the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available.for inspection throughout the work.

issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
T.Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 montlls'after the date of

property have been enacted in the interim,the Building Inspector may authorize,in writing,the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter,a new permit shall be required.

Project Description: Alterations to an existing single family dwelling to include the
replacement of 6 existing windows with in kind Marvin Ultimate double hung 2 over 2
all wood windows. Alterations to the existing accessory garage to include garage doors
and windows to be restored as is and new cedar shingles will be installed in kind on the
garage exterior. The roof of the garage will be replaced in kind with a new tin/metal roof.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 170 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an
Administrative Permit allows for the operations as described in the application received
on August 7, 2020.
Special Conditions: No additional work permitted beyond the scope of that outlined in
the above referenced application.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in the Southold Town Code, a Certificate of Appropriateness will be
required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

- Replacement in kind of exterior white painted wood trim on main house and on freestanding garage where needed (to
remedy rotted trim).
