The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on July 13, 1998 and determined that
your proposal to construct additions onto an existing house and
a deck is out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter
97 of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Sir or Madam:
On behalf of John Watts, owner of property at 295
Harbor River Road,. O. ri,e.n.t., w.e are requesting a
determination of non~junsdiction,in order that the owner
may proceed with a building permit.
The new construction proposed in this project is for
two additions, one at the front portion of the dwelling and
the other for a deck addition.
The new construction is shown on the enclosed map
and will be located approximately 100 feet {or more}
landward of the owner's bulkhead (existing}.
A survey map and photo are enclosed for your use.
