their regular meeting held on October 30, 1987 regarding your request to
rescind the application of Robert Waldron.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees RESCIND the application of
Costello Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of Robert Waldron as per
their request by letter dated October 7, 1987.

At the regular meeting of the Southold-Town Conservation Advisory
Council held Thursday, September 17, 1987 the following
recommendations were made:
No. 561 - Strong's Marine Center- Recommend approval with
the stipulation that a 3 to 1 slope is maintained
so there is no undermining of the banks.
No. 562 - Joseph W. Henderson - recommend approval.
No. 563 Robert Koch - Disapprove. The CAC suggests, that
since it is such a limited area, the applicant
pursue a consistant plan among the 4 or 5 property
owners since they all are facing the same problem.
The environment would be better served with a
joint effort.
No. 564 - Eugene and Barbara Perino - Recommend approval
wirh the stipulation that the DEC guidelines
be followed.
No. 565 - Joseph Perricone - Recommend approval.
No. 566 - Gerard H. Schultheis - Recommend approva~ bulkheading
in kind, in place. Recommend approval of the
ramp and float with the stipulation that open,
free access to neighbor's property be maintained
in its present form.
No. 567 - Anthony Macari - Recommend approval
