Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL TO; Southold Town Turstees From: Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council At the regular meeting of the Southold-Town Conservation Advisory Council held Thursday, September 17, 1987 the following recommendations were made: No. 561 - Strong's Marine Center- Recommend approval with the stipulation that a 3 to 1 slope is maintained so there is no undermining of the banks. No. 562 - Joseph W. Henderson - recommend approval. No. 563 Robert Koch - Disapprove. The CAC suggests, that since it is such a limited area, the applicant pursue a consistant plan among the 4 or 5 property owners since they all are facing the same problem. The environment would be better served with a joint effort. No. 564 - Eugene and Barbara Perino - Recommend approval wirh the stipulation that the DEC guidelines be followed. No. 565 - Joseph Perricone - Recommend approval. No. 566 - Gerard H. Schultheis - Recommend approva~ bulkheading in kind, in place. Recommend approval of the ramp and float with the stipulation that open, free access to neighbor's property be maintained in its present form.
