Location of property: south side Orchard Street, Orient, New York, bounded north by Orchard Street, east by Jagger Est., south by land of Douglass, west by land of Tabor. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict aI~plication of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared hy all properties ali, kc in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) (would not) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and tl~t the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) ~e confirmed ( ) be reversed. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the proposed access will be reasonable and satisfactory for emergency vehicles, occupants, visitors, etc. to the premises. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. Therefore, it was RESOLVED that Theodore Rohloff, Main Road, Orient, New York, be granted~x recognition of access in accordance with the State of New York Town LAW,' SeCt£~n ~80A, as applied for.
