SPECIAL EXCEPTION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception ( ) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article ............... Section ................ (E~S.T.), Upon application of Anne & Joseph Polashock, Third Street, New Suffolk, New York, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 300, Subsection 6, for permission to ~construct an accessory building with insufficient side yard area. Location of property: east side Third Street, New Suffolk, New York, bounded north by B. Smolenski, east by E.R. Prezioso, south by William Ketcham Est., west by Gird Street. 2. VARIANCE. PO0/~M After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to construct a private detached garage with insufficient side yard and rear yard area. The Board finds that the existing garage on the property will be torn down and the proposed garage will replace it. The applicant's lot is a narrow lot and also undersized. The Board finds that many homes in the area have similiar situated garages.
