PO0/~M After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to construct a private detached garage with insufficient side yard and rear yard area. The Board finds that the existing garage on the property will be torn down and the proposed garage will replace it. The applicant's lot is a narrow lot and also undersized. The Board finds that many homes in the area have similiar situated garages.
