In response to your request on the original waiver, the Vassils have agreed to install drywells to contain rainwater runoff from the roof. We are requesting a waiver from the Trustees for the construction of a new entry terrace (bluestone pavers on concrete) and a new terrace with steps (bluestone pavers and ~Sx6 timbers on sand) on the water side of the house as shown on the drawings. The proposed construction will be beyond an existing bulkhead. If you have any questions concerning the project please call us.
