SUBDIVISIONS APPROVAL EXTENSION: Fishers. Island Weathervane Resubdivision—This resubdivision proposes to transfer 4,617 sq. ft. from Lot 1 (SCTM#1000-2-1-8.1)to Lot 2 (SCTM#1000-2-1-8.2), and 2,884 sq. ft. from Lot 2 to Lot 1. Lot 1 will decrease from 69,972 sq. ft. to 68,239 sq. ft., and Lot 2 will increase from 72,818 sq. ft. to 74,551 sq. ft. in the R-120 zoning district. Both lots require a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to be less than the minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. SCTM#1000-2-1-8.1 &8.2 CONDITIONAL FINAL PLAT APPROVAL EXTENSION: Liebert Standard Subdivision—This proposal is for the standard subdivision of a 2.43-acre parcel into two lots, where Lot 1 equals 54,134 sq. ft. and Lot 2 equals 54,134 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District. This parcel is located at 6510 Horton Lane (+/- 100' southeast of the intersection of Jennings Road and Hortons Lane), Southold. Matthews & Ham 38 Nugent Street Southampton, NY 11968 Re: Final Plat Approval Extension —Weathervane Resubdivision 2183 Windshield Drive, Fishers Island SCTM#1000-2-1-8.1 & 8.2, Zoning District: R-120 Dear Mr. Ham: The Southold Town Planning Board adopted the following resolution at a meeting held on Monday, May 23, 2022. WHEREAS, on November 1, 2021, the Planning Board granted Final Plat Approval; and WHEREAS, on February 1, 2022, this Final Plat Approval expired; and WHEREAS, on February 7, 2022, the Planning Board granted a 90-day extension of this approval; and WHEREAS, on May 7, 2022, this Final Plat Approval_Extension expired; and WHEREAS, the applicant's agent has requested more time due to delays filing the deeds at the Suffolk County Clerk's office; therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grants a six month extension of the Final Plat Approval upon the map entitled "Map of FI Weathervane Enterprises, LLC Lot Line Change," prepared by Richard Strouse, PE, dated January 27, 2021, and last revised September 30, 2021. The map for this resubdivision will be kept on file with the Southold Town Planning Department. Please Note; The Southold Town Planning Board, in waiving the requirement for SCDHS approval prior to their own approval, is simply waiving a technical requirement of Final Plat Approval under the Town Code and makes no representations as to whether SCDHS approval is required. SCDHS approval of this re-subdivision may be necessary to be in compliance with the Suffolk County Sanitary Code, and to be eligible for future construction or renovations. Box 1547 Riverhead, NY 11901 Re: Conditional Final Plat Approval Extension Liebert Standard Subdivision Located on the east side of Hortons Lane, +/- 100' southeast of Jennings Road, Southold SCTM#1000-54.-3-14.8 Zoning District: R-40 Dear Mr. Cuddy: The Southold Town Planning Board adopted the following resolution at a Public Meeting held on Monday, May 23, 2022: WHEREAS, this proposal is for the standard subdivision of a 2.43-acre vacant lot into two lots, where Lot 1 equals 54,134 sq. ft. and Lot 2 equals 54,134 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District; and WHEREAS, on April 5, 2021, the Planning Board granted Conditional Final Plat Approval; and WHEREAS, the Conditional Final Plat Approval expired on October 5, 2021; and WHEREAS, on Monday, October 4, 2021, the Planning Board granted an extension to the Conditional Final Plat Approval for six months; and WHEREAS, the Conditional Final Plat Approval Extension expired on April 5, 2022; and Liebert Standard Subdivision Page 12 May 26, 2022 WHEREAS, the applicant's agent has submitted a request for an extension to allow for more time to obtain approval from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services; therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board hereby extends the Conditional Final Plat Approval upon the map entitled, "Liebert Standard Subdivision Final Plat" prepared by John Metzger, Land Surveyor, dated September 2, 1993, last revised May 26, 2020, from April 5, 2022 to April 5, 2023. The next step to continue towards Final Plat Approval is to meet all conditions of the original Conditional Final Plat Approval granted on April 5, 2021. This extension of Conditional Final Plat Approval shall expire six months from the date the Planning Board adopted this resolution of approval unless extended by further resolution of the Planning Board.
