We represent the above referenced property owner for a proposal before the Board of
Zoning Appeals.
Enclosed for your reference is a Legal Notice advising of a Public Hearing scheduled for
Thursday, June 2, 2022 @ 1:00 PM for the above referenced property. It will be an"In
Person"meeting but the notice includes instructions of how to make comment during the
Public Hearing as it is happening via Zoom Webinar, as well as information regarding the
Town's Weblink/Laserfiche to review pending applications.
Laserfiche Instructions for Zoning Board of Appeals Records is also included, along with
a copy of the site plan prepared by DraftDesign Architecture and Interiors, last dated
December 20, 2021 that was filed with the application.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to. Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code Chapter
280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,
New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, JUNE 2, 2022:
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. Details about how to tune in and make
comments during the PUBLIC HEARING are on the Town's website agenda for this meeting
