Klaffky Unoccupied, seasonal Upon request of Joseph Saland, Main Road, Jamesport, New York for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this two story framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by Dlr. Saland who accompanied me during this inspection which began at approximately 11:00 A.M. The building, formerly used as a carriage house, contains eight bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. First floor has a kitchen, bathroom, and three large rooms. Building is unheated and has a full basement. The following vio- lation of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, was found: Bathroom, second floor, inside, requires mechanical ventilation.
