Dear SCOTT A RUSSELL :
By way of a reminder, the Suffolk County Board of Elections has designated the above premises as a
Polling Place for the Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 5:OOAM to 10:OOPM.
• The delivery of the machines is scheduled for:
Wednesday, June 22, 2022 thru Friday, June 24, 2022 and
Monday, June 27, 2022.
• The pick-up of the machines is scheduled for:
Wednesday, June 29, 2022 thru Thursday, June 30, 2022.
A successful Election requires the following provisions and services:
• The building must be opened at 4:45 AM to allow access for the Inspectors.
• Adequate space to accommodate the voting machines, tables, inspectors and voters.
• Your cooperation in providing tables and chairs is appreciated.
• Sufficient lighting and a comfortable room temperature.
• Please ensure that adequate parking is available.
• The handicap entrance to the polling site must be unlocked during voting hours.
• Access to a telephone for Inspectors during voting hours.
