CONSERVATION AD'~qSORY COUNCIL
At a meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held
Thursday, September 21, 1995 the following recommendation was made:
NJ-13
Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by John Hagerty, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the request for a letter of non-jurisdiction for C;RUEN UN(;ERL£1DER
31-13-9 to construct residence within building envelop which is more than 75'
from the edge of the~ wetlands.

Vote of Council: Ayes: All
Motion carried.
