ZBA RECOMMENDATION OF REQUESTS FOR LETTERS OF NON-JURISDICTION NJ -8 Moved by Allan Connell, secOnded by Betty Wells, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southoid Town Board of Trustees DENIAL of the' request for a letter of Non-Jurisdiction of SUSAN TSAVARIS 30-2-53 to construct a 15' x 30' inground pool beyond the 75' setback from high water line on Long Island Sound. Denial is recommended because, although the location of the pool itself is not within Trustees' jurisdiction, the required fence would be within Trustees' jurisdiction according to information supplied by the applicant. Due to the fence's proposed location a Wetland Application should be required and the application should show the Coastal Zone Hazard line. 2170 The Strand, East Marion Vote of Council: Ayes: Ali Motion carried. As stated in the CAC's original recommendation concerning .this application, approval is recommended provided the project does not block the navigation of the neighbors.
