BEGINNING at the southeast comer of the premises herein described said point being the following two courses from a
monument on the Westerly side of Oregon Road said monument being distant 1,000.00 feet southerly along the Westerly
side of Oregon Road from the intersection formed by the Southerly side of Bridge Lane and the Westerly side of Oregon
