Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot#11 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Southold
Shores at Arshomomaque, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", made by Otto W. Van Tuyi and Son, Licensed
Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated July 1, 1963 and file din the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
August 29, 1963 as Map No. 3853, said lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a pipe on the southerly side of Blue Marlin Drive said point being where the division line of Lots 11 and 12
on the above mentioned map intersects same;
RUNNING THENCE South 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East along said division line 169.06 feet to the mean high
water mark of Peconic Bay;
THENCE the following 2 tie courses and distances along the mean high water mark of Peconic Bay:
1. South 78 degrees 09 minutes 07 seconds West, 62.45 feet to a point;
2. South 67 degrees 22 minutes 12 seconds West, 48.11 feet to the division line of Lots 10 and 11 on the above
mentioned map;
