1977, between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, with offices at 16 South Stree'~,
Greenport, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York~ by a
majority of its duly elected Trustees, and in pursuance of
Chapter 615 of the Laws of New York, passed in 1893 and in pur-
suance of a written resolution adopted by a majority of the Board
of Trustees of said Town of Southold at a meeting held pursuant
to notice duly given to all members thereof on the day of
~ 1977, party of ~the first part; and MARY K. TROCK,
residing at 2534 Rutler Street, Bellmore, Ne~~'York, party of
the second part~

That' the party of the first part in consideration of the
sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to said Town duly paid before the
delivery hereof doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and release
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever:
Ail that certain plot, piece or parcel of land
now or formerly below high water mark of Mattituck
Creek, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the north-
easterly corner of Lot 15 as shown on the "Map of
· Point Pleasant" which map was filed in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 17, 19~6 as
M~p No. 720, which point is. distant South 87v 51'
30" East 350.0 feet from a monument located at the'
northwesterly corner of Lot 15 and the easterly side
of "Home Pike" as shown on the filed map; from said
point of beginning South 87° 51' 30'~ East 119.0 feet
to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
thence on a tie line course along the ordinary high
water mark of Mattituck Creek, South 39° 59' 30" West,
252.60 feet to a point; thence North 73° 47' 30" West
19.0 feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot 16 as shown
on the aforesaid "Map of Point Pleasant"; thence North
17° 45' West along the easterly boundary of Lots 16
and 15 as shown on the aforesaid map 202.31 feet to
the southerly side of Lot 14 and the point or place
of beginning.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above mentioned and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Town of Southo!d, party of the
first part, has by a majority of the Board of Trustees of said
Town, caused its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, and these
presents to be subscribed by a majority of the said Board of
Trustees, the day and year first above written.

came ALVAH B. GOLDSMITH, residing at Hobart Road, Southold, New
York; DOUGLAS M. ROBERTSON~ residing at Browns Hills, Orient~ New
York; GEORGE C. BIRD, residing at Luptons Point Road~ Mattitiuck~
New York; PHILIP G. HORTON, residing at Arrowhead Lane, Peconic,
New York; and JOSEPH G. HATAIER, residing at 1400 Beebe Drive,
Cutchogue, New York; all personally known to me who, being by me
duly sworn, severally said that they each reside in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York~ and were
members of %he Board of Trustees of said Town of Southold and
constituted a majority~of the same; that they know the corporate
seal of the said Town of Southold; that the seal affixed to the
foregoing instrument is such corporate seal; that it was there-
unto affixed by order of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Southold, and that each one signed his name thereto as a Trustee
and by like order.
