Moved by Trustee Smith seconded by Trustee Bredemeyer WHEREAS, Rober~-Troccoli has requested a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance, Chapter 97, Article II, Section 97-22, and WHEREAS, a permit has been issued under the name of Roger DeMott for a dock on property located on Jockey Creek Drive, Southold, and WHEREAS, Robert Troccoli has purchased the property in question and wishes to recontruct a dock on said property to consist of a 22' x 3' ramp and a 5' x 15' float to be secured by two spiles and WHEREAS, the Trustees have inspected the' property in question and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, the project is minor in nature and will not have any adverse affect on the wetlands ~f the Town, and WHEREAS, the project will not adversely affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Robert Troccoli be and hereby is granted a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southol.d to construct a dock consisting of a 22' x 3' ramp and a 5' x 15' float to be secured by spites on property located at 710 Jockey Creek Drive, Southol.d. Our file shows a ramp to the dock on the drawing. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Troccoli have purchased the property and wish to reconstruct the dock.
