AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid
eration as a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will appl}
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same fo
any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so require:

ROAD AND WESTVIEW AVENUE AT MATTITUCK N. Y.
Said premises being the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein -partially by deed from William H. Mason and Harry E.
Mason, dated 1/21/59 and recorded 1/22/59 in Liber 4577
at page. 113 and partially by deed from the Board of Trustees
of the Town of Southold dated 7/25/60 and recorded on
11/1/60 in Liber4899 at page ,411.
