The Board agrees with the application and the reasoning of the applicant that is is necessary to inform the travelling public. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining us~ districts will not be permanently or 'substantially injured'and'lt~e ~pirit of the Ordinance will be obserVed.
