RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees declare "No Jurisdiction" on the project submitted by En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Nicholas Tortoro to construct a single family home, sanitary system and driveway as proposed on the map of property surveyed for Mohring Enterprises, Inc. dated March 31, 1983, all construction greater-than 100 ft. from M.H.W. and all in accordance with the D.E.C.
