The following action was taken-by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday,_July 14, 2021:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit#1161 from West Creek Avenue Trust c/o Peter M.
Todebush to Roger D. Todebush, as issued on July 12, 1976, and Amended on
December 13, 2017.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Re: Transfer of Wetland Permit#1161
To the Board of Town Trustees,
I am the owner of 1130 West Creek Avenue, in Cutchogue,which was previously owned
by the West Creek Avenue Trust, in care of my late father Peter M. Todebush. On that
property, a dock, catwalk, and floating dock was permitted by Wetland Permit#1161 and
built by my grandmother, Minnie Todebush, in 1976. In 2017,the permit was amended to
include the existing 12'x12' landward deck and stairs to the dock, also built in 1976.
Please transfer the permit to my name.
You have my permission to inspect the property.

or tie-up a boat. Give all dimensions necessary to determine the area of the dock surface
which extends offshore from the O. H. W. M.
