VARIANCE. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the appellant request permission to build a church with excessive height and insufficient setback from the property line. The Board finds that the only part of the church which will exceed the maximum height ~ermitted will be the steeple. The Board also finds that the lot drops off quickly to a low swampy area towards the back end of the ~0roperty, thus m~king it impossible to locate the building the required number of feet from the property line.
