After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
same roadway will be used by the prospective purchaser as by the
former owner and this roadway has been used for many years, is in
good condition, provides suitable and reasonable access for all
emergency vehicles, occupants, vistors, etc. to the premises.
Therefore it was RESOLVED that Rensselaer G. Terry, Jr., Esq.,
Main Road, Southold, New York, a/c Thomas P. Dougherty, et al, 168
Elm Avenue, Glen Cove, New York, be granted approval of access as
applied for.
