Location of property: right of way at the south end of Willow Pond. Lane, Southold, New York, bounded north by Willow Pond Lane, east, south and west by land of Alfred E. Dart. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by aH properties alike in the immediate v~cinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) (~'ould not) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variamce ( ) be granted ( previous decisions of the Building Insp~to[ (~) be confirmed ) be reversed. This right of way will serve a dwelling to be built on property presently owned by the applicant. The Board finds that the rightof way will be accessible to all emergency vehicles. In general, the Board is in~ agreement with the reasoning of the application. The Board finds that strict application of the ordinance will produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in t~e i~ediate vicinitY of this property and in the same use district; and ~t~ wa~i~nce d~es observe the spirit of the ordinance and will noL change the character of the district.
