After investigation and inspection the Board finds
that the applicant requests permission to retain a one
family residence with ~sufficient front yard setback. The
house is approximately one foot in violation. The Board
finds that the applicant is able to relocate the property
line so that no violation occurs.
The Board fin~s that strict application of the Ordinance
will not produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is not unique and would be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and
in the same use district and thr variance does not observe the
spirit of the Ordinance and w~ ~hDnNgSh~ character of the
district.
