Location of property: east side Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue, New York, lot number 49 in Nassau Point Club Properties· Cutchogue, New York. 2. VA/%IA/qCE. The applicant intends to live in the proposed building until the main house is built. The building will then be converted into a garage and guest cottage. The Board finds that the proposed buzlding is in line with a similar structure on the adjoining property.
