Dittmann,' Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to add a seven foot by 10 foot extension on the front of an existing dwelling. It is proposed that the addition will be used as an enclosed entrance to the dwelling. Th~ Board finds that said addition would project beyond the other dwellings on the street. It is the opinion of the Board this addition would in fact violate the established front yard setback to the detriment of the neighborhood. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance will not produce practical difficulties or Dnnecessary hardship; the hardsbip~created is not unique and woul~ be shared by 'all properties alike in theimmediate vicinity o~this property and in the ,same use district; and the variance does not observe the spirit of the Ordinance and will chang~ the character of the distr~t.
