RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative Amendment to Administrative Permit#10134A to install an 18'x8'x5' "Endless" hot tub, to be recessed 24" below grade within the previously approved 16'x32' bluestone patio; and as depicted on the project plan prepared by Fred Fragola, received on July 11, 2022 and stamped approved on August 17, 2022. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not an approval from any other agency.
