However, as per my instructions from Mr. Stc. utenburgh, I was advised to send you a Wetland Application. This was in May and I have yet to receive it. I am somewhat concerned seeing that you have not been issued your permit from the trustees yet, to do this work. I have enclosed another Wetland Application for your convenience, and await your remittance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
