The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on April 4, 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees APPROVE the waiver request to
construct addition to existing house plus 3 decks as noted on revised
survey dated April 1, 1991 SUBJECT to no activity landward of the
existing deck on the south side of the house.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project, as
this approval is only from the Board of Trustees.

Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code. The

13, 2001.
Special Conditions: Compliance inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
