Dear Mr. Bredemeyer,
It is my intention to make an addition to my residence on
Broadwaters Road in Cutchogue, as indicated on the marked
copy of the survey map enclosed.
My understanding is that a waiver of permit is obtainable
under the provisions of Chapter 97.
I hereby request such waiver, and enclose a check for $35.00
to cover the fee.
