Because there has been a response from the Board of Southold Town Trustees and Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council indicating that this project would not have a significant effect to the environment . Because there has been no response in the allotted time from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Southold Town Building Department , it is assumed that there are no objections nor comments from those agencies.
