As per your request, please be advised of the Trustees findings
regarding the following applications:
FRANKLINVILLE HOMES 1000-125-2-2.2 - Trustees found no
evidence of wetlands - no jurisdiction.
STYPE BROTHERS AGENCY - Trustees determined they have no
jurisdiction.
THORTON SMITH - 1000-121-1-1-,p/019 - The Trustees found a pond
on the site. There is to be no grading on the top of the slope
to the pond.
DBM COMPANY 1000-55-6-15.1 - Trustees are to contact the C.A.C.
after it is staked for inspection.
COVE BEACH ESTATES - 1000-22-3-18.3 - New access appears to be
far enough away from the wetlands.
JOSEPH GAZZA - 1000-22-3- (19-22) 35-5-1.2 - Trustees will
refer this matter' tb the C.A.C. for recommendations.
