Re: de Lara Site Plan
Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
I have enclosed a print of a preliminary site plan
prepared for Jonne Low de Lara relating to property situate at
the East End of Fishers Island (Block 1, Lot 7, Map of Fishers
Island Development Corporation, SCTM ~ 1000-1-2-13). A few weeks
ago I delivered a copy of a similar print; the current location
of the top of the bluff is shown on the enclosed print.
As the attorney for a prospective purchaser of this
property, I would like to determine what approvals, if any, might
be required from the Board of Trustees in order to construct the
dwelling, garage, drive, retaining wall, septic tank and drywells
and underground utilities as shown on the site Plan. If no
permits or approvals from the Board of Trustees are required
under Chapter 97 of the Town Code (Wetlands) or the Town of
Southold Coastal Erosion Hazards Area Law or under any other
applicable laws or ordinances, please provide me with a letter of
non-jurisdiction or waiver with respect to the same.
As we would like to close this transaction as soon as
possible, I would appreciate it if you would give me a call after
reviewing the plan even if time or other constraints prevent you
from issuing the requested letter or waiver right away.
