Box 1412 Southold, New York 11971' RE: Application Determination Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Stocker Dear Mr. Strang: As per your letter of January 21, 1986 requesting a determination on the need of a Wetland Permit for the above- referenced, please be advised that the Trustees have reviewed your site plan submitted and inspected the premises on Snug Harbor Road and Maple Lane, Greenport. The Trustees have determined that no permit will be needed for the construction as proposed on the site plan submitted', as all construction is behind an existing bulkhead. The Trustees would like to you take the following measures during construction: 1. Roof run off shall be discharged into dry wells. 2. Driveways and parking areas within 75' of the water shall be of porous construction. Blacktop shall not be used on this site. 3. Care shall be taken so as to preclude the entry of any construction material into adjacent waters. 4. Immediately following construction, all areas of exposed soil shall be properly protected with suitable erosion control devices and/or vegetated' to prevent entry of eroded soil into nearby waters. Board of Trustees Town Of Southold Main Road, Southold, N.Y. 11971 Re: Application Determination Proposed Stocker Residence Dear Mr. Smith, Enclosed herewith please find eight (8) prints of a site plan for a proposed new Residence for Mr. & Mrs. Stocker. I am requesting a determination from the board as to the need for a formal application process in this matter. Please be advised a wetlands permit to construct the bulkhead and floating dock was issued(~ 215)and has subsequently been installed as depicted on the site plan. In addition an application is presently before the Z.B.A. as well as the D.E.C. for the required approvals. I would appreciate the boards determination on this matter as soon as possible so any necessary paperwork can be filed without undue delay. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation.
