openwork dock or openwork pier piling, and mooring piles,
removal of damaged piling, repair, resetting or replacement of
floating docks, ramps, or decking, all necessitated by ice and
storm damage resulting during 1993/1994 Winter.

along with a copy of your original permit and drawing. -Provided
that all paper work is in order, you will receive approval

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. No dredging or filling is permitted.
2. Repairs to existing structures are limited to replacement
of timbers without change in design or dimension.
3. No repair or replacement of bulkheads is permitted under
this permit.
4. No freshwater or tidal wetlands are to be disturbed under-
any circumstances.
5. A yellow permit sign provided by this office shall be
displayed on the project at all times while under replacement.

The follo~ving action was taken by the Board of Southold Town
Trustees at a regular meetin,~ held October 5, 1982'
Resolved to recommend to the Southold Town Board a~roval of the
wetland application #108 of Edwin M. Latson to con'~ruct a re-
taining wall 76 ft long plus Two 15 ft returns, in an unnamed
creek at Conkling Point. Retaining wall will be entirely land-
ward of the line of MH~V and backfill with approximately 20 cu yds
of clean sand fill is to be ~rucked in ~rom commercial upland
source.

A This application is to be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town
Clerk in quadruphcate, accompanied by written permission from the owner of the property if not
the same as the app,'cant.
B Pdot Plan must be drawn to scale on the reverse ride of this application showing the location
oi~ property, the names and locations of owners of adjoining properties, and ~ detailed description
of proposed project (Note Copies of the Pilot Plan may be made by a copy machine end attached
to the Permit Application.)
C No operation shall be initiated by the applicant until all permits that are required are issued.
D A detailed statement of the rehabi!itation and prt~posed condition of the premises after the
work is completecl must be g~ven, mcJuding a sur~ey if required.
E It permit is bemg sought for a more sizeable excavalion than the construction of a priwte
s,ngle dock or jetty, then this application must be accompanied by a survey nnd topographical ma~
ced'if,ed by a regisiered land survey or Professional Engineer. The horizontal control of survey
shall be based upon an approval local coordinate syslem. The vertical control for elevation and so~ncL
ings shah be based upon Untied States Coast and Geodetic Survey and/or United States Geological
Survey datum.
