Bruer on behalf of Daniel & Patricia Stegner to construct a single family dwelling and to replace in kind and in p/ace a timber bulkhead and to fill on the property located on a r.o.w, off Main Bayview Road, Southold. The Trustees have as part of the file, a letter from Mr. & Mrs. Stegner stating that they will place hay bales on the property first and then replace in kind/in place the timber bulkhead and fill on the site., prior to the house construction.
