QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the i day of November 1982
BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municiVal corporation
of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk CountyCenter, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901
party of the first part,
AND 75 HIGHLAND ROAD CORP. , 460 Glen Cove Avenue, Sea
Cliff, New York 11579,- party of the second.part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part pursuant to
Resolution Number 944-1982 adopted by the Suffoik County
Legislature on October 26, 19H and thereafter., approved by the
County Executive on November 10, 1.9 2, in consideration of ten ;
dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto thepartyy of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of :the party of the second part
forever;
---------- ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with
:DISTRICT, any buildings- and improvements thereon erected, situate,
'1000 lying and being in the Town of Southold; County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and acquired by Tax Deed
SECTION on -February 16,- 1982, from 3eaniH. Tuthill, the County
102.00 Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on
February, 16 1982 , in Liber 9143, Page 44 on 46 , and otherwise
BLOCK known as' and by Town- f Southold, Highland Estates Map 6537 Lot

iOT TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,, if any,' of. the

---------- abutting the above-described premises to the centerlines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of thefirst part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record,. if any. -:
ANDtheparty of the first part , in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, hereby.covenants that the party of. the first
ppart .'will receive. the consideration for this conveyance and will.
oldthe right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpgose of -paying the cost 'of the`
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
THE 17ORD "PARTY'' .shall construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

came WiTi-Tim R. Lockwobd to me kndwn, who, being by me duly sworn,
did depose and say that he resides at No. 8 Livingston Avenue,
Babylon, NY 11702 ; that he is the Deputy Commissioner of the
Department of Real Estate of -the County of Suffolk, New York, the
municipal corporation described in and which executed the
foregoing instrument ; that he knows the seal of said corporation;
that the seal affixed to said instrument is such corporate seal ;
that it was so affixed by Resolution of the Suffolk County
Legislature and that he signed his name thereto by like order
being Resolution 944-1982 thereof.
