Z ING BOARD OF APPEALS FORM ZB4 ' e /f Chai a l or P 1.(1, L l-Ct rc (" . ;C ' nLf i' A- Barbara C. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant has requested a variance for permission to locate a garage in the front, yard area, and that several others in the same area have their garages so located. The Board's findings are in agreement with the reasoning of the applicant. Other properties in this vicinity have also placed their garages in the front yard area in order to conserve their view of the Sound. The condition for granting this permission is that the garage be placed no closer than 10 feet from the right- of way to the Sound, and no closer than five feet to the Sardi property line to the east. The Board finds that the public conveniepce and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted ,use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. Therefore, it was RESQLVED ,that RuthtAnn Brown, Southold, New , York, a/c Ragna Bie, Horton Point, Southold, New YRrk, be granted permission to erect a garage in the front yard area on property located on the north side of a private road, Horton Point, Southold, New York, and that it be placed no closer than 10 feet from the right of way 'to the Sound and no closer than five feet to the Sardi property line to the east. l NOW 4060006 K 0 8 NOW POW ''xmA0 11 lk' 4 Xec%a A',. t4... at a 0 t * . . 10 mstate of vow vook Wit 000tiam 20401000414 o' Ow- r^o ho low fir:. . d p 000t by 0; S y N own look# of a vag*0000 to "& i ' .. *Uh the USDA" ''., E r Or 00WOOOM 'tea t 4 tom OW* 400WOU j mow p i ,p,; *- y,j° 1 VOW t;,"-: b i to t ? 0004 401' 0^W,wr. 4: m, 2. ^ " LEGAL NOTICE - ,OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN {. 1 Notice of Hearings TAD OF APPEALS 1tJ30IK ) ss: Pursuant to Section 267 of :the Town Law and the provisions of < the amended Bmalding Zone Or- . . . rl. . . . . being duly Sworn, dinance of the Town of South- old, Suffolk County, New York, says that . . .fit z . , as Printer and Publisher iof the SUFFOLK Public hearings will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of WEEKLY TIMES, a newspaper published at Greenport, in said the Town of Southold, at.the Town' Office, Main Road, Southold, New; county; and that the notice, ;of which the annexed is la printed York, on the following appeals: Oni duly 6, 1967.- copy, has been published in the said Suffolk Weekly Times 7:30 P.M.
