The sign in question is a directional sign to the applicant's motel in conjunction with a directional sign for Sound Shore Motel. It is the opinion of the Board that said sign is in the interest of the travelling public. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and ~h~ ~e~a!~Y ~established or permitte~ use of ngighborhood ,property and adjqining use distriqts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the ordinance will be observe~. ~ .
