Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the appellant requests permissio~ to r~etain a side wall sign on a budding located on the south side of Main Road, Peconic, New York. The Board grants the application as applied for with the understanding that the applicant agrees to forego the use of a ground sign. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. Therefore, it was; RESOLVED that ~heodo~% Klos, Main Road, Pecon ic, New York, be granted permission to retain~a sid~ wall s~g~ on the building located on the SOuth side Of Main Road,' Peconic, New York,~a~ appl&ed for.
